The real travelling is this which the man does into himself.

 

My artistic career is the result of travels, meetings, personal reflection, introspection and communication with the material.

 

My work is to search truth, peace and harmony, an expression of strength, balance, adequacy with nature.

 

Through a meditative writing, clean lines reveal the strength of the material. Sometimes born of a fusion of stone and wood, my sculptures have their own dialogue and communicate their own lives.

 

Organic and animal, futuristic and architectural, they are the link between the primitive and the contemporary, modern and timeless at the same time.

 

My quest for purity is the will to get to the essence, to the universal, a message of poetry and wisdom.

Rechercher l’harmonie, la complémentarité, l’équilibre.

Sensualité de mes mains, outils sur la matière.

S’initier aux mystères de l’existence.

Donner la vie.

Biography

Born in 1972 in Sindelfingen (Germany), Nathalie Cirino grew up in the south of France where her interest in art emerged. After a degree in Information Science and Communication at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, she settled in Offenburg, Germany, where she lived seven years. It was in Germany that the stone sculpture was a revelation for her. She trained in sculpture and stone carving and obtained her Diploma in Freiburg. Her artistic research took her in Hungary for one year, at the Faculty of Fine Arts (University of Pécs PTE-MK) and Costa Rica (Heredia), where she stayed for three years creating her works, participating in exhibitions and artistic events.

 

International artist, she has participated in several symposium : 2002, Nagyatád, Hungary, 2007, Barva, Costa Rica, where some of her works have entered public collections, 2009, Chaumont sur Tharonne (France) where she won the 1st price.

 

She also participated in the Salons of Contemporary Art, "Artegal", Endingen in 2010, "Art World", Breisach i.B in 2005 (Germany) where in both of them she won the first international price for sculpture.

 

Also, always on foreign, her works have been presented in exhibitions: in Belgium, the Alfican Art Gallery, Brussels (2013), Costa Rica at the National Gallery in San Jose (2007), in la “casa de la cultura” in Heredia (2006) and Hungary, in the museum of Nagyatád.

 

In France, several cities have devoted sites for personal exhibitions, Montlouis-sur-Loire, 2013 (Carroi des Arts "Regards ... sur le volume"), Romorantin, 2011 (Mediathèque "en partance"), Saint-Jean-de-Braye, 2010 (Château des longues allées "la graine, cycle de vie"), Blois, 2009 (Maison du Loir-et-Cher), Saran, 2008 (Galerie du Château de l'Etang).

 

Moreover, galleries have exhibited her works, such as Galerie CAPAZZA in Nançay, CARLA MILIVINTI in Blois, AR-T-CHOC in Mennetou-sur-Cher.
